information on this page will help you follow the new process for electing Battlefields
Councils 3 Voting Members for the Scouts Canada Annual General Meeting to be held in
2008. The AGM is usually held in November. On April 24, 2007, the Board of Governors approved Policy 1014. It sets out the process that Councils across the country must follow to conduct the election of their three Voting Members. You can view the process for Election of Voting Members to the Scouts Canada AGM by clicking here: Battlefields Election of Voting Members The election process requires Groups, Areas and Battlefields Council to submit nominations for Voting Members and select Voting Reps. You can find a summary of what is required by clicking here: Election Information. The election process requires nominees for the position of Voting Member.
