Recognize service to Scouting and the
community
We are pleased to provide application forms for a
number of Scouts Canada Awards. These application forms can be completed and submitted to
your local Honours and Awards Committee for their consideration.
These forms have been scanned and placed in Adobe Acrobat format. We hope to make these forms available in an editable format in the near future. For now, please print out a copy of the form and fill it out by hand.
